Nature abounds in the Brainerd Lakes Area! All year round there is life and beauty whether it be in the woods or the lakes. Bird watching is a popular hobby in Brainerd, and we have several types of bird feeders setup at the Brainerd.com offices, so watch for pictures of some of the local birds. Brainerd is also home to many types of large animals including bear, wolves, and a large deer population. With all the farmland in the area is also no surprise to see a field of horses, cows, pigs, and maybe some chickens and roosters.
