Brainerd Lakes Area Arts & Theatre

Many visitors come to the Brained Lakes Area for the arts and theater attractions. Brainerd is home to many local and national theater and performance groups, with shows year round. During the summer months, take advantage of the Summer Concert Series and other outdoor music exhibitions.

Central Lakes College in Brainerd hosts several performances yearly, and offers theater and performance classes.

If you're in the mood for art, check out the Franklin Arts Center which has several artist apartments as well as retail shops and events. The Crossing Arts Alliance in downtown Brainerd is also a great place to visit for art sales and demonstrations. Try your hand at painting with the Traveling Art Pub in Brainerd which meets in different bar and restaurant locations across the Brainerd Lakes Area.
