MotoCity Raceway was started in 1993. Dale and Sharon Spencer and Gavin Kadlec took ownership in 2007 creating MotoCity Raceway and Recreation, Inc. We also promote District 23 events and a Friday Night Series at Little Falls Raceway at the Morrison County Fairgrounds in Little Falls, MN. We have been a racing family for more than 15 years and have enjoyed every minute!
